The goal of this project was to decrease meat packaging times, enhance system reliability, and reduce costly breakdown and maintenance.
The solution the HTE
TECHTEAM engineers created this solution for a high speed meat packaging application that eliminated the use of multiple print-heads, and more precisely positioned the one remaining print head for more accurate date-code application with a linear actuator.
The system seamlessly combines components from multiple world-class equipment suppliers spanning multiple product disciplines to enhance this local equipment manufacturer’s product.
Achieving a rapid ROI while delivering this high quality solution is only possible because of the relationship the HTE TECHTEAM has with HTE Automation, a distributor of world-class automation components.
